By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. Sinmungo (the 'Service') is a startup feedback management platform operated by Arinaru.
Sinmungo is a feedback collection, roadmap management, and update sharing platform for startups. The service is available in free and paid plans (Pro, Max), and the scope of features for each plan can be found on the pricing page.
A Google OAuth account is required to use the service. After signing in with Google, you are registered separately for Sinmungo. To use other Arinaru services, you will need to register on each service individually. Maintaining the security of your account information is your responsibility, and please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access.
The intellectual property rights for the service's design, logos, software, and content belong to Arinaru. Ownership of feedback data created by users through the service belongs to the respective user and their organization.
The following activities are prohibited: malicious use of the service, collecting other users' information, attacking service infrastructure, excessive access through automated means, using the service for illegal purposes, and providing false information.
The service is provided 'as is,' and Arinaru shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
Users may discontinue using the service at any time by deleting their account. Arinaru may restrict service access or suspend accounts after prior notice in case of terms violations.
These terms may be changed as needed, and changes will be communicated through in-service notices or email. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may discontinue using the service.
These terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
