Sinmungo is a digital service (SaaS) provided online. Due to the nature of digital products, the service is available immediately after purchase, and our refund policy takes this into consideration.
Refunds are available in the following cases: • Within 7 days of payment and paid features have not been used • Technical issues preventing any use of the service • Duplicate payment occurred • Significant discrepancy between service description and actual features
Refunds are not available in the following cases: • Change of mind • More than 14 days have passed since payment • Paid features have been substantially used • Account suspended due to terms violation
To request a refund, please send an email to kaen7.dev@gmail.com with the following information: • Registered email address • Payment date and amount • Reason for refund Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, and refunds will be processed through the same payment method.
After receiving a refund request, we will review and respond within 3-5 business days. If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be reflected within 5-10 business days depending on the payment method.
Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you can continue using paid features for the remaining billing period, and your plan will switch to free from the next billing date. Subscription cancellation is available directly from the settings page.
