Sinmungo collects the following information to provide the service: • Information via Google OAuth: name, email address, profile picture • Service usage data: feedback content, roadmap data, comments • Payment information: processed through Lemon Squeezy; card information is not stored directly • Technical information: IP address, browser type, access time
Collected information is used for the following purposes: • Service provision and account management • Customer support and inquiry response • Service improvement and analytics (Google Analytics) • Paid plan payment processing • Service-related notices and announcements
Sinmungo does not sell users' personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following cases: • Payment processing: Lemon Squeezy • Data storage: Supabase (database) • Analytics: Google Analytics (anonymized usage statistics) • Legal requirements: court orders or legal procedures Each service's data is stored in independent schemas and is not shared between services. Your Google account information (ID, email, name) is used for authentication purposes only.
Sinmungo takes the following measures to protect personal information: • All data is transmitted through encrypted connections (HTTPS) • Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) • Sensitive keys are managed only on the server side • Regular security audits are conducted

Sinmungo is not intended for children under 14 years of age, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 14 has signed up for the service, we will immediately delete the information.
