Data Integration Terms

1. Data We Collect

This service collects the following data through external service credentials (API keys, webhook URLs, service account information, etc.) directly provided by the customer. - Google Analytics 4: Web analytics data including page views, user behavior, and traffic sources - Sentry: Error logs, exception information, and performance data - Slack: Webhook integration for notification delivery and report distribution - Other external service data that the customer has authorized for integration The scope of collected data is limited to the permission scope of the credentials provided by the customer.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

Collected data is used only for the following purposes. - Analyzing customer service status and generating insight reports - Providing daily/weekly comprehensive data analysis reports - Deriving improvement directions through cross-analysis with feedback data - Customized data analysis requested by the customer Collected data will not be used for purposes other than improving the customer's service and will not be provided to third parties.

3. AI Analysis Consent

This service uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) to analyze collected data. - AI analysis is used for data pattern recognition, trend analysis, and insight generation - AI analysis results are for reference only; final decision-making is at the customer's discretion - Customer data is not used for AI model training - Data is processed in an encrypted state during AI analysis If you do not consent to AI analysis, you cannot use the data integration service.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

- Integrated data is retained for up to 90 days for report generation purposes - Credentials (API keys, tokens, etc.) are deleted immediately upon disconnection - Generated reports are retained as long as the customer account is valid - All related data is completely deleted within 30 days upon account deletion - Customers can request data deletion at any time

5. Customer Rights

Customers have the following rights. - Disconnection: You can disconnect service integrations at any time from the settings page - Consent Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent for data collection and AI analysis at any time - Data Access: You can check the scope and content of collected data - Data Deletion: You can request deletion of collected data - Data Portability: You can download or export generated reports Upon disconnection, credentials are immediately deleted, and data collection from that service will cease.

6. Security

The following measures are implemented to protect customer data. - Credentials (API keys, tokens) are stored encrypted - All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL - Access rights are managed according to the principle of least privilege - Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are conducted - Customers are notified within 24 hours in the event of a security incident

7. Disclaimer

- This service is not responsible for the accuracy and validity of credentials provided by the customer - We are not responsible for data collection interruptions due to external service (GA4, Sentry, etc.) failures - We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results; decisions based on analysis results are the customer's responsibility - We are not responsible for security incidents caused by the customer's negligence in managing credentials - We are not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or terrorism

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be changed as needed, and changes will be communicated through in-service notices or email. For significant changes, separate consent may be requested. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may disconnect the integration.
